Rail & Sleeper Compatibility
The system is primarily configured for pre-stressed concrete sleepers. Rail-seat geometry, fastening spacing and dowel position should be confirmed against the sleeper design.

For a new configuration, provide the rail profile, sleeper drawing, fastening layout, component drawings and applicable standards whenever available.
Performance Testing & Documentation
Performance requirements are confirmed according to the applicable fastening-system standard and project specification. Testing can cover:
• Longitudinal rail restraint
• Toe-load / clamping characteristics
• Fatigue or repeated loading
• Electrical resistance
• Dimensional conformity
• Coating and corrosion resistance where specified
For concrete-sleeper fastening systems, EN 13481-2 and relevant EN 13146 test methods can be applied according to the required performance evaluation. The specified SKL clip configuration can also be supplied with 5-million-cycle fatigue test documentation where required.

Installation & Replacement Support
The screwed design allows the fastening components to be removed and replaced individually during maintenance or renewal work, provided the replacement components match the approved fastening configuration.
For replacement procurement, the safest identification method is to provide:
• Existing SKL type or component marking
• Rail profile
• Sleeper type
• Component drawing or dimensions
• Existing component photographs, if available
• Required quantity
• Applicable project or railway authority specification
Where only individual components are required, GNEE RAIL can supply clips, screw spikes, dowels, guide plates, washers or rail pads separately rather than requiring complete fastening sets.
Packaging & Export Delivery
Packaging is selected according to component type, order quantity, transport mode and customer requirements.
• Steel components can be packed in woven bags, steel drums, wooden cases or pallets.
• VCI protection and desiccant can be applied to steel components for sea transportation when specified.
• Wooden pallets and crates can be supplied to ISPM 15 requirements where applicable.
• Packages can be marked with PO number, product name, quantity, batch number, gross weight and other customer-specified information.
• Mixed-component shipments can be packed and labeled by component type or fastening-set quantity to simplify warehouse receiving and site distribution.

Q: Can you supply mixed SKL models in one purchase order?
A: Yes. Different SKL configurations can be included in the same purchase order when the required quantities, specifications and packing arrangements are confirmed separately. This is suitable for distributors maintaining several railway fastening references in stock.
Q: Can you provide a complete component list for a project bill of materials?
A: Yes. A project-specific bill of materials can be prepared from the approved fastening drawing or assembly requirement, including component description, specification, material, quantity and packing unit.
Q: How do you handle discrepancies between a drawing and an existing physical component?
A: The drawing is treated as the primary technical reference unless the purchaser specifies otherwise. If the supplied sample differs from the drawing, GNEE RAIL can compare the critical dimensions and clarify the required revision before production rather than manufacturing against conflicting information.
Q: Can you support phased deliveries for large railway projects?
A: Yes. Large orders can be arranged as scheduled or phased shipments when the production plan and delivery schedule are agreed in advance. Each shipment can be identified by PO, batch or project reference for easier site and warehouse control.
